I was so excited when I got the  Epiphany Crafts Star tool in the mail! I have a baby boy and since I'm used to all things girly with my older daughter, I just knew the stars would be perfect for something for him. Then I ended up reaching for some pink paper to make a baby tag, so maybe he'll get his chance at the stars later. ;) I topped a tag with a piece of vellum cut to the same size, a cloud and the stars and sentiment. I used Blossom twine for the bow- one of my favorites! I really loved the pink stars- not something you see all the time!



I have also been thinking for quite awhile about making little cards to hand out to military personnel or veterans when we run across them. I thought they might like a little token of appreciation- they certainly deserve it! I used some Jenni Bowlin Bingo cards I had, wrapped them in  Maraschino twine and tied on a little thank you note topped with an epoxy star. I loved being able to customize these embellishments to suit just what I was working on!
