I love reading a great magazine like PaperHaus, and my love of reading has transferred to my kids. My baby loves to look at books and my 5 year old got her very own library card this summer! I used Echo Park's Everyday Ecclectic to document the occasion. :)
This layout wouldn't be complete without a library due-date card for journaling! And sequins. Random sequins make this girl happy.
We're celebrating with a blog hop starting today and running through September 1st. The next stop on the hop is Shellye McDaniel's blog, The Papered Cottage. If you didn't get here from the beginning, just pop back over to the PaperHaus Magazine blog and get in on the fun from there.
No party is complete without some swag, right?! I put together a little embellishment pack to give away to one lucky reader...
doilies, small kraft bags, 2 flair badges, a handful of assorted buttons and wood veneer asterisks, 2 Prima flowers, 4 white clothes pins and 10 yards each of Ocean and Buttercream twine from The Twinery
